Cuisine |
The food, as one may expect, in Northern Italy is excellent - some might say the best in Italy, there are a lot of local specialities that you can look forward to enjoying, ask your guide about some traditional dishes such as 'Casoncelli' and 'Pizzoccheri'. Restaurants now cater for both vegan and vegetarians. Homemade local wines and beer a must to try. Please let us know when booking if you have any special dietry requirements. |

Weather |
The weather in May in Northern Italy is generally good. However in the high mountains the weather can change very quickly. Our highly experienced guides and tour managers will adjust the itinerary for the day accordingly if required, with safety as our paramount concern.
