| Riding in Italy |
The general road conditions in Italy are very good, mostly are quiet with less traffic. The majority of roads are tarmac but we will also be riding on some gravel roads - they are in good condition and can be enjoyed on both a road, gravel or E-Bike. |
| Cuisine |
The food in Calabria, Campania and Abruzzo is exceptional. Expect to savor regional specialties such as hearty dishes like ’nduja from Calabria - a spicy spreadable pork sausage perfect on bread or mixed into pasta sauces and arrosticini from Abruzzo - skewers of lamb grilled over coals, a true local classic. In Campania you’ll enjoy iconic dishes such as pizza napoletana and buffalo mozzarella, the backbone of the region’s cuisine. |
| Hotel Facilities |
The hotels on this tour have pools and spas so we recommend bringing swimming costumes. The hotels also have good WiFi and bar service. All our hotels have air conditioning. Hotels may charge extra for the use of these facilities. |
| Private Tours & Groups |
We welcome the opportunity to discuss a private tour with you should you be in a group of six or more. A private tour allows you to choose dates and personalize the itinerary according to your requirements. |
