IBT does it again! A superb trip, excellently well organised and run, a pleasure to be part of and the hospitality tent at the top of Le Tolfe was the best set in the house.

The food in Tuscany is exceptional, offering a variety of local specialties such as ribollita (hearty vegetable soup), pappa al pomodoro (tomato and bread soup), and handmade pici pasta with rich ragù. Restaurants now cater to vegan and vegetarian diets, and homemade local red wines like Brunello and Chianti are a must-try!
March in Tuscany is a time of transition, where crisp mornings slowly warm into sunny afternoons. Expect occasional showers and a gentle breeze, especially over the hills.
