Stages of your Tour

  1. Welcome day

    33 km | 600 mt climb

On Day 1 of our cycling holiday, we kick off with a scenic transfer from the airport to the foothills of the Asiago Plateau. The ride begins around Forte Corbin, where we will take in the historic military fortifications and stunning views of the surrounding valleys. From there, we cycle towards Monte Cengio, tackling its gravel paths that wind through rugged terrain and offer panoramic vistas. The route then leads us to the charming Strada del Trenino, a picturesque trail that once served as a narrow-gauge railway. We follow this track as it descends towards Asiago, a quaint town steeped in history and surrounded by beautiful alpine landscapes. It is the perfect introduction to the region’s mix of history, nature, and challenging gravel paths.

  2. Cima Ekar

    75 km | 1300 mt climb

We set out from Asiago for a scenic ride around the Giro delle Malghe, a beautiful loop that takes us through the rolling hills and alpine meadows of the plateau. The route offers stunning views of the mountains as we pedal towards Cima Ekar, enjoying breathtaking panoramas of the Veneto region. Along the way, we stop for cheese tasting at a local malga, savouring the rich, creamy flavour of Asiago DOP paired with delicious salami. After a day of cycling and indulging in local delicacies, we return to our hotel for a cozy and hearty typical dinner, featuring regional specialties that perfectly complement the flavours of the day.

  3. Acquila di vaia

    83 km | 1600 mt climb

Today we will start our ride from Gallio, pedal up to Monte Longara, and experience its beautiful mountain white roads. Along the way, we'll reach Rifugio Barricata, home to the impressive "Aquila di Vaia" — a magnificent wooden sculpture of an eagle that stands 7 meters tall, the largest wooden eagle in Europe!

After admiring this stunning artwork, we will stop for a lunch break at Rifugio Valmaron, a perfect spot to recharge. We will then continue our journey towards Piana di Marcesina, located to the north-east of the Altopiano dei Sette Comuni. Known as the "Finland of Italy," Marcesina is renowned for being the coldest place in Italy during the winter months.

As we cycle through this breath-taking landscape we will marvel at the historic sites of World War I. The area played a significant role in the Great War, and we will visit one of the World War I cemeteries located in the Marcesina plateau, a poignant reminder of the region's rich history.

Useful information about your holiday

Still Undecided?

Here is what our clients say about us………

This e-bike tour was an adventure of a lifetime. Our tour director and all our hosts and guides were wonderful and well organized. Almost 400km of Tuscan hills that were challenging at times, but every stop and town were wonderful to visit. We would not have seen Italy in the same way, if it weren’t for the bikes. What a fun group to travel with! I’ll cherish these memories for a long time.
